1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your location to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details accurate and secure and for activity under your account.

2. Products, natural materials, and personalization

Audday sells crystal, gemstone, bead, and personalized bracelets. Natural stones vary in color, pattern, inclusions, and texture; product images are representative and not a guarantee of an identical piece. For a custom bracelet, you are responsible for the information and preferences you submit. We may contact you if a requested material or specification is unavailable.

3. Orders, prices, and payment

  • An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only when we confirm it or dispatch the product.
  • Prices, promotions, availability, and product details may change before an order is accepted.
  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, duties, and import charges may apply depending on destination.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store complete payment card details.
  • We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where required for fraud prevention, inventory, pricing, or legal reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.

4. Shipping and delivery

Processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, customs, and other shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees because carriers, customs authorities, weather, and events outside our control may cause delays.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy. Custom or personalized products may be excluded from returns except where required by applicable law or where the item is defective.

6. Health, spiritual, and informational disclaimer

Our crystal, chakra, astrology, numerology, and energy-related descriptions are for personal expression, cultural interest, and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. Audday does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Consult a qualified professional for health or other professional decisions.

7. Intellectual property and user content

Site text, images, designs, logos, and other materials belong to Audday or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without permission. If you submit a review, image, or other content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and grant Audday a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use it for site and marketing purposes.

8. Prohibited use and availability

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security, scrape or reproduce its content without permission, impersonate another person, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the site, users, or our rights. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
